This week I am going to ask you to feel your feelings and to challenge your thought patterns. We make all decisions from a place of love or fear. Which will you choose? It can be tough to retrain your brain, but it is possible. I'm going to ask you to challenge your behaviors here. Start right now.

Below are six toxic behaviors. Notice if you are engaging in any and challenge yourself to be kinder. 


You don't drink enough water

You don't get enough sleep

You eat like crap

You see stress as something negative

You over-exercise

You go to one too many happy hours
